Duchess Sophie of Prussia (March 31, 1582 – December 4, 1610) was a German princess of the Duchy of Prussia and a member of the House of Hohenzollern.
Sophie was the daughter of Albert Frederick, Duke of Prussia, and Marie Eleonore of Cleves. On October 22, 1609, she married Wilhelm Kettler, son of Gotthard Kettler of Courland and Anna of Mecklenburg-Schwerin. Sophie and Albert Frederick had one son: Jacob Kettler, who succeeded his father as Duke of Courland.
